We will be switching over from the use of norepinephrine to the use of “push-dose” vasopressors.  Specifically, we will be using epinephrine.  This will involve mixing epinephrine 1:1000 in D5W or NS to make a specific concentration.  You will then have the capability to infuse a small dose to raise the MAP into a more “comfortable” range during transport.  More details to come soon….
